Variables Academy ("we," "our," "the app") provides this app to manage coaching sessions, nutrition plans, and payments for our members. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account info: your name and email address, when you sign up.
• Booking activity: sessions you request, join, or cancel.
• Payment info: the plan you choose and, if you upload one, a screenshot of your Instapay payment confirmation — used only to verify payment. We do not collect card numbers or bank details through the app.
• Nutrition plans: meal plans your coach assigns to you.
• Push notification address: a device token used to send you real notifications (e.g. when a session is approved), if you allow notifications.

How we use it

We use this information solely to run the coaching service: managing your bookings, confirming payments, assigning nutrition plans, and notifying you about your sessions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to run the app. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes:

• Hostinger — hosts our backend, database, and file storage.
• Expo — delivers push notifications to your device.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data as long as you have an account with us. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at support@variablesacademy.com.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
